What is the total fee of this program?

The complete program fee is ₹47000 (including tax) Flexible installment and EMI options are available.

Will my fee be refunded if I exit in between?

No refund will be provided if you choose to exit or dropout.

What if I fail the background verification process by HDFC Bank?

If your background verification fails, your provisional offer will be withdrawn. Any discrepancy or false detail may lead to disqualification from the program, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

Will I receive on-the-job training after placement?

Yes, absolutely. The AGiLE Banker Program offers virtual classroom training, simulations, role plays, and real-world case studies to prepare you for the role. Once placed at an HDFC Bank branch, you will also go through on-the-job induction and mentoring, helping you smoothly transition into your responsibilities as an Assistant Manager.

Can I choose my location of posting?

You can share your location preferences at the time of enrollment, and the team will make an effort to accommodate them. However, the final posting location is based on HDFC Bank’s business needs and vacancy availability. In most cases, candidates are placed in or near their preferred regions, but specific locations cannot be guaranteed.

What is the annual CTC I can expect when I join HDFC Bank?
